Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Finance Transformation Office roadmap, ensuring transformation priorities align to business value, capacity, and strategic objectives.
  • •Maintain portfolio visibility across priorities, timelines, risks, dependencies, resourcing, and expected outcomes; prepare executive updates and governance materials.
  • •Serve as the local lead for HQ/global transformation programs (e.g., LEAP, MDM), coordinating local readiness, requirements, stakeholder engagement, and deployment support.
  • •Embed data, digital tools, automation, AI, and decision-rights discipline into the Finance operating model to improve planning, reporting, controls, and decision processes.
  • •Coordinate AI adoption and digital enablement by identifying and governing use cases, supporting responsible AI practices, and tracking adoption and value realization.

Salary: USD 119,200 - 149,000 annually

  • •10+ years in transformation, finance transformation, digital transformation, governance, program management, consulting, or enterprise delivery roles.
  • •Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives across business, Finance, Technology, and senior stakeholders.
  • •Strong financial and business acumen to connect transformation priorities to measurable business outcomes.
  • •Experience building governance frameworks, executive reporting/portfolio views, and decision-ready leadership communications.
