Key Responsibilities

  • •Help design software, integration, data, and testing architecture; deliver high-complexity tasks across skill dimensions as part of a team.
  • •Define and encode engineering standards into AI coding agents, including prompt templates, review criteria, guardrails, and quality checks for AI-assisted output.
  • •Design, code, debug, and lead peer review of applications across front-end and back-end frameworks; establish reusable architecture patterns.
  • •Build testing and quality strategies, including automated testing frameworks integrated with version control, DevOps, and CI/CD, and lead performance/load/stress testing and remediation.
  • •Design and orchestrate scalable integration and data solutions, including enterprise UAT support, secure integration patterns, and cloud infrastructure management via IaC; document decisions and guide best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or significant relevant experience in a computer science, engineering, or quantitative field.
  • •3+ years of relevant practical experience building and delivering software solutions.
  • •Proficiency with version control, DevOps, and CI/CD, including frameworks for automated testing.
  • •Proficiency with infrastructure as code (IaC) and design patterns for APIs, security, and monitoring/troubleshooting.
  • •Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and AI agent configuration/prompt engineering for assisted development.
