Job Summary

Design and optimize Global Payments stability and uptime for ByteDance platforms. You’ll work on highly available, high-performance backend architecture, build an end-to-end stability guarantee system for payment business, and respond to production issues to maintain payment service availability. As part of the Global Infrastructure & SRE team, you’ll lead critical technical projects across Global Payments subdomains and improve system efficiency, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Optimize Global Payments architecture to achieve high availability, high performance, and maintainability.
•Design and implement an end-to-end stability guarantee system for payment business.
•Respond to production issues to ensure payment service uptime.
•Contribute to system stability, security, compliance, and technical efficiency enhancement.
•Lead critical technical special projects across Global Payments subdomains.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related software/system engineering background, or equivalent experience.
•Strong programming experience with high-concurrency and complex business systems/services management.
•Proficiency in at least one backend language: C/C++, Java, Go, or Python.
•Strong analytical thinking with excellent troubleshooting skills.
•Self-driven, responsible, and able to communicate and collaborate effectively with a team.
