Job Summary

Own the pre-closing and closing process for healthcare and practice finance commercial loan transactions, including commercial real estate, construction, term loans, lines of credit, and investment real estate. Review approvals and documentation, gather and manage closing requirements and conditions, and coordinate with relationship managers, business development officers, credit partners, legal counsel, attorneys, and title companies. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and bank policies while delivering a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead pre-closing and closing activities for healthcare and practice finance loans across multiple commercial lending transaction types.
•Review loan approvals and loan documentation prepared by internal teams and outside counsel.
•Collect, monitor, and manage closing documentation and loan conditions.
•Coordinate with relationship managers, business development officers, credit partners, legal counsel, attorneys, consultants, and title companies to facilitate closings.
•Communicate with clients on documentation requirements and timelines, resolve issues during due diligence/closing, and ensure compliance with approval, regulatory, and bank policies.
