Lead setup and operation of a reciproc saw blade paint line in the Shelbyville manufacturing team, maintaining quality per control plans and safe work practices. Operate and adjust equipment, troubleshoot and clean machines, and manage product flow to meet service levels. •Set up and operate the reciproc saw blade paint line while maintaining quality levels according to control plans and safe work practices (PPE, SDS, machine hazards).
•Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines and equipment as needed to maintain proper product flow and meet service level goals.
•Maintain a safe work environment for self and other associates, exemplifying 6S principles.
•Ensure products meet specifications and maintain quality standards following quality assurance on FPI.
•Complete documentation and labels, and properly handle scrap, rework, and mixed product; perform other duties as assigned.
