Job Summary

Lead Visa Consulting and Analytics practice development for India & South Asia, driving consulting and advisory business with defined revenue targets. Oversee high-impact solutioning and delivery that improves profitability, customer experience, and repeat engagement outcomes (e.g., NPS). Develop new payments consulting practices, commercial models, and thought leadership, collaborating across marketing, sales, risk, client services, product, and innovation teams while partnering with issuers, acquirers, fintechs, and merchants.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive business and pipeline development of Visa Consulting and Advisory services with revenue targets for the India & South Asia cluster.
•Lead high-impact solutioning and delivery to high standards that drive NPS and repeat engagements.
•Diversify and develop payments consulting practice areas, including frameworks, go-to-market plans, and commercial models.
•Drive Visa Consulting and Analytics brand building in India & South Asia through thought leadership, publications, and industry participation.
•Build pipelines in partnership with Client Relationship Management teams and lead strategic planning discussions at the client level to close engagements with issuer/acquirer, fintech, and merchant partners.

Key Requirements

•15-20+ years of experience in the payments industry, consulting, strategy, or financial institutions.
•Experience with engagement management/business development at a large management consulting firm, or portfolio/product leadership at a large Indian financial institution.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated rigor and the ability to generate insights from data.
•Demonstrated leadership and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization while leading senior stakeholders.
•Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing a P&L and building value/ROI business cases.
