Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic leadership to the Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) team, driving digital development and long-term growth of strategic WHS accounts.
•Own and drive sell-out performance across retailer digital touchpoints, providing strategic direction for webshops and apps to deliver sustained commercial growth.
•Lead analysis of on-site e-commerce performance (traffic, conversion, funnel metrics) and translate insights into recommendations to optimize sell-out and digital commerce strategy.
•Set the strategic vision for cross-category online assortments and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Business Analytics.
•Oversee adidas visibility across retailer digital shelves, social platforms, and owned media, and represent senior digital expertise in key forums.

Key Requirements

•University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Quantitative research.
•More than 3 years of e-commerce experience, including experience in sales, marketing and/or consulting.
•Strong e-commerce leadership track record owning and scaling key aspects of digital commerce across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
•Advanced analytics and business intelligence skills using tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Google Analytics to measure ROI and drive recommendations.
•Experience with performance marketing and social commerce, including PPC strategies across Meta and Google Ads, translating media performance into commercial outcomes.
