Support multiple banking centers by processing customer transactions and delivering needs-based conversations that identify financial needs, build trust, and drive sales and service outcomes. Serve as an individual producer working toward regional sales, service, and operations goals while maintaining compliance with federal/state regulations and bank policies. Collaborate with banking center teams and business segments, adapt to scheduling needs, and travel within the region to support covered locations.
