Job Summary

Configure and maintain enterprise AI governance capabilities to standardize responsible AI workflows, controls, evidence capture, and audit-ready reporting across RTX. Design scalable integrations between AI governance platforms and core enterprise systems, enabling automated assessments, approvals, and metrics with strong data quality and traceability. Partner with compliance stakeholders, coordinate vendor support for governance tools, and deliver enablement, training, and onboarding to ensure operationalized policy controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure and maintain enterprise AI governance capabilities, standardizing workflows, controls, and evidence practices across teams and business units.
•Design and maintain scalable integrations between AI governance capabilities and core enterprise systems to automate assessments, approvals, evidence capture, and reporting.
•Enable governance metrics, analytics, and automated reporting processes using data quality and traceability practices for audit readiness.
•Translate Responsible AI, privacy, and security policies into operational controls embedded in processes and platform configurations; maintain a central control library.
•Develop enablement materials, training, and onboarding guides; provide hands-on support to drive adherence and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field with 8+ years relevant experience (or advanced degree with 5+ years).
•Proficiency architecting integrations and orchestrating automations using standardized patterns to streamline governance processes.
•Hands-on experience with OneTrust, including designing and configuring governance workflows and evidence management.
•Strong data and reporting skills, including metrics design, automated reporting, and data quality/traceability practices.
•Working knowledge of Responsible AI and governance frameworks and regulatory trends.
