Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coach 2 Solutions Consultants to start, with the FinServ team growing as the business scales
•Orchestrate end-to-end pre-sales engagements for major accounts, including discovery, solution design, demos, security reviews, and executive presentations
•Build credibility across the FinServ buying team (Architecture, Engineering, Security, Compliance, Marketing Ops, and the C-suite) and position BrazeAI with buyers with depth and regulatory complexity
•Collaborate with Product, Security, Professional Services, and partners to close deals and develop assets for the FinServ practice
•Create and publish sales plays, reference architectures, demo environments, and talking points for banking, payments, insurance, and wealth management

Travel: Medium travel
