Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with design-build teams to develop and implement efficient project plans and strategies in a task-oriented approach.
  • •Oversee administrative functions including contract performance monitoring, payment requisition review, and maintenance of schedules and budget projections.
  • •Maintain comprehensive and accurate project records and documentation, and review design-builder change orders to protect budget integrity and financial reporting.
  • •Provide on-site leadership with regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure safety, quality, and compliance across NYC sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field plus 10 years of experience in construction projects, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • •Experience working as a Consultant (Owner’s Representative role) and/or Contractor (Project Manager or greater role).
  • •Preferred: 15 years of construction project experience, including 7 years in a leadership capacity.
  • •Track record leading large-scale high-rise construction projects using traditional and design-build delivery methods.
  • •Proficiency in construction management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
