Key Responsibilities

•Build trusted relationships with law firm and in-house legal teams to guide how Harvey’s AI can be applied in daily practice.
•Design and lead onboarding sessions, training workshops, and enablement programs to maximize platform value.
•Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to identify expansion opportunities and support renewals.
•Identify adoption obstacles, surface them to users with empathy, and develop strategies to overcome them.
•Translate legal practice needs into actionable feedback for product and engineering, shaping development from a lawyer’s perspective.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Qualified to practice law in Italy with at least 3 years at a top-tier firm (corporate or litigation)
•Fluent Italian
•Executive engagement skills and presence with the ability to build relationships with key decision makers
•Outstanding presentation skills for legal and executive audiences (whiteboard, demos)
•Sales or customer-facing experience in law firm business development or secondment is a plus
