Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle daily stock operations and controls to ensure perfect stock accuracy by synchronizing physical and system-based flows (receiving, transfers, shipments, returns).
  • •Manage daily replenishment of storage areas on the sales floor for products and packaging.
  • •Monitor and close expired reservations, reintegrate them into available stock, and assist in daily follow-up/correction of negative stocks.
  • •Manage defective/shopsoiled products and run stock takes and cycle counts, including investigation of discrepancies and support producing finance reports.
  • •Implement and improve storage organization and stock procedures (5S, KPIs), coordinate with store and corporate stakeholders, and train teammates on stock processes and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in stock or inventory operations.
  • •Ability to manage incoming and outbound product flows with accurate physical-to-system synchronization.
  • •Experience preparing stock takes and cycle counts and investigating discrepancies.
  • •Knowledge of storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices (including 5S controls and KPIs follow-up).
  • •Ability to train and remind team members on stock-related processes and tools.
