Job Summary

Develop and implement scalable Infor LN solutions for clients migrating from LN 10.5 to LN 10.7 (multisite), including independent GAPs and related projects. Partner with functional experts to understand requirements and architect/delegate development work to offshore teams. Serve as a liaison to maintain alignment, support delivery planning and risk mitigation, and perform code reviews while mentoring junior resources.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement scalable Infor LN solutions for client migrations (LN 10.5 to LN 10.7 multisite) and other related project work.
•Collaborate with functional process experts to understand requirements, architect solutions, and support development execution with offshore delegation.
•Coordinate liaison activities between client and offshore team to ensure no delivery gaps.
•Work with offshore lead to meet delivery commitments, forecast capacity, and identify/mitigate risks.
•Perform code reviews and mentor junior resources to ensure commitments are met.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Infor-LN/Baan ERP development and enhancements.
•1+ years collaborating directly with clients on requirement gathering and solution architecture, including liaison with offshore teams.
•Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field.
•Basic understanding/exposure to at least one Infor product: Factory Track, Bartender, XI-ION, Infor XM, or Infor SCS Planner.
•Experience with Solumina MES application and any technical certification in Infor ERP.
