Job Summary

Lead and coach a production team on 7th shift to maintain and improve plant-wide production, safety, quality, and facility needs. Drive daily supervision, preventive maintenance, and cross-training, while coordinating with leadership on priorities and continuous improvement initiatives to meet Roadmap and Control Tower objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide direction to production employees and lead engagement and continuous improvement efforts guided by Roadmap and Control Tower objectives.
•Direct all critical Preventatives Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical and Tool Room services and personnel scheduling.
•Manage Department productivity, scheduling, sequencing of work, and production innovation to optimize output; coordinate with HMI leadership for priorities.
•Develop production employees through a skills matrix to enable cross training and growth.
•Ensure safety, quality, and facility needs are addressed, with project management and effective communication supporting team success.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, production, quality or related business OR an Associate's Degree with 4+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, production, quality or related business
•In absence of a degree, High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 6+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing operations, production, quality or related business
•Experience using Microsoft Office applications
•Working knowledge of shop practices, processes and procedures
•SAP experience (preferred)
