Personal Banker

Serve as a customer-facing Personal Banker at the Bloomington Main location, building long-lasting relationships and uncovering customers’ financial needs through needs-based conversations. Deliver excellent service in person and over the phone, recommend appropriate retail products and digital solutions, and help ensure accurate, compliant completion of financial transactions. Collaborate with internal specialists when complex needs arise and work toward personal and branch sales and service goals, with quarterly incentives for performance.
