Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to client locations and perform field repairs, diagnosing and maintaining Lucid vehicles.
  • •Repair electro-mechanical issues and perform advanced EV diagnostics and repairs at partner locations and service centers.
  • •Maintain knowledge of high-voltage, low-voltage, and general electric vehicle systems.
  • •Follow repair order documentation procedures (The Three C's) and use the appropriate software suite to document customer vehicle interactions.
  • •Handle service-advisor and parts duties, including ordering, returns, inventory management, invoicing/collections, and customer communications about repair status.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician.
  • •ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS) (Required).
  • •Experience diagnosing and repairing High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), and Electric Vehicle powertrains.
  • •Experience in luxury automobile repair environments.
  • •Self-sufficient, highly organized, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
