Diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles in the field by traveling to client locations and partner service locations. You’ll confidently troubleshoot electro-mechanical and EV systems (high voltage, low voltage, powertrains), follow repair documentation procedures, and use appropriate software to record customer interactions. The role also includes service-advisor and parts department tasks like scheduling, ordering/returns, collecting payments, and communicating repair status to customers and the service team.
