Job Summary

Ensure materials are transported and unloaded safely and efficiently while following Tyson policies. Operate powered pallet jack, forklift, and/or reach truck, including daily inspections and battery maintenance. Use a handheld computer to pick and scan products, deliver raw materials and packaging to production, and move finished goods to shipping. Record SAP movement transactions, maintain correct labeling, and keep the work area organized under 5S, GMPs, and USDA standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate in a safe manner following Tyson policies and procedures.
•Use a handheld computer to pick and scan products for outbound loads.
•Operate powered pallet jack, forklift, and/or reach truck; perform daily inspections and battery maintenance.
•Deliver raw materials, packaging, and pallets to production areas; move inventory within freezer/cooler/dry goods areas.
•Record movement transactions in SAP, ensure correct labeling, unload trucks, and stretch-wrap pallets while keeping the area clean under 5S/GMPs/USDA rules.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.15 hourly

Key Requirements

•At least 3 months forklift experience within the last 12 months (as listed on the application).
•Ability to read, write, and complete necessary paperwork.
•Operate powered pallet jack, forklift and/or reach truck safely and in accordance with company procedures.
•Maintain battery water level, charge batteries, and change batteries as necessary.
•Reside within the current recruitment area, including Cumberland, York, and Androscoggin Counties (ME).
