Job Summary

Assemble and test routine electrical, electromechanical, or mechanical components under close supervision, following blueprints, wire lists, and established shop practices. Prepare parts for assembly, use small hand tools, maintain accurate traceability records, and support daily and monthly production targets. Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams to meet specifications and contribute to lean manufacturing and CI culture while adhering to site EH&S standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly.
•Assemble and/or install electrical and/or mechanical components according to operation and sequence instructions.
•Utilize small hand tools (e.g., soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers) to complete assembly activities.
•Maintain compliance with process specifications and parameters, including accurate traceability and records.
•Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing culture while meeting daily and monthly production targets and EH&S standards.

Key Requirements

•Senior high school fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
•1–3 years related experience and/or training is an advantage.
•Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
•Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
•Preferably experience with manufacturing improvement tools and techniques (CI, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
