Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing, and invoicing.
  • •Process daily parts orders, including shipping and receiving.
  • •Prepare parts quotes and order/manage rental equipment parts inventory.
  • •Coordinate parts inventory with manufacturers and communicate with vendors for company and customer-owned equipment.
  • •Oversee the parts warehouse to ensure cleanliness and organization and coordinate with Service departments and delivery schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Previous experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry (a plus).
  • •Previous or current experience with budgeting.

  • •Exceptional customer service, organization, time management, and communication skills, plus a clean driving record for local parts pickup and delivery.
