Key Responsibilities

•Drive the technical direction of the Insights platform to scale for thousands of practices and millions of users
•Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack solutions using ReactJS, Python, and PostgreSQL
•Improve system reliability and observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting best practices
•Lead and deliver high-impact projects balancing speed and quality in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
•Mentor engineers and conduct thorough code reviews to uphold architectural improvements across the stack

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 240,000 annually

•5+ years of professional software development experience
•Proficiency in full-stack development with JavaScript (React/Vue), Python, and PostgreSQL
•Strong architectural skills with experience designing scalable web applications
•Experience leading multi-month, high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment
•Deep understanding of modern front-end engineering (React fundamentals, performance optimization, state management) and designing APIs for complex backend systems
