TPS Engineer (Early In Career)

Provide systems support for engineering applications and reliability labs, partnering with engineering owners, vendors, and suppliers to deliver assigned projects. Serve as a technical intermediary between customers and the factory by supporting field engineers and product support teams with documentation, troubleshooting, repair, and debugging. Perform beta site support for new hardware/software/processes, present performance metrics (e.g., uptime, MTBF/MTBI), and create/review technical documentation for upgrades and support plans.
