Lead and manage a software engineering team responsible for reviewing business requirements, creating functional and technical design documentation, and delivering distributed systems. Oversee the full SDLC—from planning and implementation to testing, deployment, and production support—while enforcing quality across code, test coverage, performance, resilience, security, and scalability. Drive API and integration testing strategies, support incident management/on-call, and contribute to architectural improvements in a remote Brazil environment.
