Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement procurement strategies to support cost reduction, quality improvement, and supplier diversification.
  • •Lead procurement teams, providing guidance, direction, and mentorship to execute procurement activities effectively.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders (project managers, engineers, department heads) to assess needs and develop procurement plans.
  • •Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers; negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to achieve favorable outcomes and savings.
  • •Monitor supplier performance via assessments and audits, resolve supplier disputes/issues, and maintain accurate procurement records in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years relevant procurement experience.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • •Strong procurement knowledge across sourcing, bidding, and contract negotiation.
  • •Advanced negotiation and analytical skills to assess supplier proposals and manage cost savings.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills; able to lead procurement teams and support HSE initiatives.
