Lead Procurement Engineer

Own procurement of technical goods and services, evaluating and selecting suppliers and negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms. Lead and mentor procurement teams while collaborating with project managers, engineers, and department heads to plan sourcing needs. Monitor supplier performance through assessments and audits, resolve supplier issues to protect delivery schedules, and maintain compliant procurement records while supporting HSE initiatives.
