Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete transactional testing to assess client selection, underwriting quality, borrower monitoring effectiveness, and risk rating accuracy.
  • •Analyze portfolio composition to identify trends and risks and provide an opinion on portfolio quality.
  • •Participate in or lead targeted reviews to assess key risks within or across portfolios.
  • •Identify gaps in credit policy, credit processes, and credit risk rating models.
  • •Communicate results to executive management, regulators, and other key stakeholders, and build working relationships across lines of defense.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,500 - 249,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •At least 5 years of experience with traditional cash flow and leveraged lending.
  • •At least 8 years of direct transactional credit experience (underwriting, workout, risk management, credit review, or regulatory).
  • •Master’s degree (preferred).
  • •CFA or CPA certification (preferred).
