Key Responsibilities

  • •Create feedback loops, evaluation systems, memory, signals, and decisioning infrastructure for long-running agents to learn from outcomes
  • •Design and ship long-horizon agents that pursue complex business outcomes over days, weeks, or months across voice, SMS, email, and other channels
  • •Identify patterns and build reusable systems, abstractions, and tools to make future agents faster and easier to launch
  • •Solve technical problems across orchestration, integrations, data, memory, signals, decisioning, observability, and multi-channel engagement
  • •Help shape Horizon by surfacing platform gaps through implementation and collaborating to define architecture and roadmap
