Job Summary

Own and protect the company’s corporate narrative across external and internal channels. Lead media relations, develop press and executive communications, and manage reputation and crisis communications. Drive internal communications for transparency and alignment, and oversee CSR, sustainability, and social participation messaging. Partner with senior leadership to shape how the business communicates with customers, media, investors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee a comprehensive messaging strategy across public-facing and internal channels for customers, media, investors, and employees.
•Lead external media relations by managing relationships with journalists, media outlets, and PR agencies to identify favorable coverage opportunities.
•Develop external communications assets including press releases, media kits, executive talking points, and briefing materials.
•Manage corporate reputation and crisis communications by anticipating perception issues and preparing strategic responses.
•Oversee internal communications and drive CSR, sustainability, and social participation initiatives to strengthen community perception.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of progressive experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or External Affairs, preferably within Fintech, Technology, or Financial Services.
•Proven track record securing high-impact media coverage and managing relationships with business and trade journalists globally.
•Demonstrated experience developing and executing crisis communication plans and managing media responses during high-pressure situations.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, translating complex business and technical information into clear public narratives.
•Experience serving as a company spokesperson and preparing executives and subject matter experts for high-stakes media interviews and public appearances.
