Senior Field Operations Manager

Own the operational rhythm for a Mid-Market sales segment by partnering with Sales Leaders and leadership on forecasting, pipeline reviews, performance tracking, and reporting. Build and maintain sales KPIs, enforce Salesforce data hygiene, and run end-to-end operational workstreams (including AI-powered workflows) that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability. Serve as a cross-functional SME for quoting, pricing, deal management, and sales tooling while delivering training on systems and best practices.
