Deliver exceptional guest experience while achieving individual and collective sales targets in-store. Drive client relationships through an omni-channel approach, provide pre-buying product feedback, and support CRM/CX initiatives including customer data capture and loyalty program promotion (MUSE). Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and SOPs, support click-and-collect within SLAs, and contribute to store CX and in-store marketing events, activations, and social media campaign awareness.
