Own end-to-end strategic initiatives for the Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Design (EPAD) orgs, translating leadership strategy into phased plans and execution. Drive operational excellence by shaping discussions into concrete outcomes, managing trade-offs, and identifying risks early. Act as cross-functional glue across EPAD, define and track project success with data systems, and help EPAD thrive in a virtual-first culture through rituals and targeted workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Chief Product Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and EPAD leaders to bring strategy off the slide deck and into real-world execution.
•Build phased plans that account for bandwidth, decision-maker alignment, and rollout timing while identifying risks early.
•Shape agendas to drive action, navigate trade-offs when priorities compete, and keep fast-moving conversations focused.
•Connect EPAD teams by identifying parallel work without coordination and ensuring the right people are aligned at the right time.
•Define project success, build systems to track progress, and course-correct when initiatives drift; support virtual-first team culture rituals and workstreams.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or program management roles in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
•Direct experience supporting or collaborating with technical orgs (Product, Engineering, Analytics, or Design), with understanding of how they operate.
•Led cross-functional initiatives from 0 to 1, independently scoping work, building alignment, and managing execution without needing a roadmap.
•Worked with executive stakeholders to turn loosely defined goals into clear plans and influence through insight.
•Strong systems thinking and confidence navigating shifting priorities and ambiguity.
