Payroll & Benefits Analyst

Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing and payroll controls for Malaysia and assigned regional entities. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll execution by managing statutory submissions, reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation. Coordinate with People Ops, HRBPs, Finance, and external payroll vendors/EOR providers to validate outputs, resolve discrepancies, and enforce SLAs. Improve payroll workflows through SOP updates, automation, and HRIS integration.
