Job Summary

Serve as an individual contributor on the Investor Relations & Strategic Finance team, helping communicate Unity’s story to the investment community through earnings execution, investor outreach, and ongoing IR materials. Build and maintain sell-side/buy-side targeting models and long-range financial plans, partner cross-functionally for a single source of truth, and support Board/C-suite communications and SEC disclosures. Based in New York, you’ll deliver financial insight for fast-moving decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with quarterly earnings execution by drafting earnings scripts, press releases, Q&A documents, and investor supplement materials in partnership with Finance and Legal.
•Coordinate investor engagements including roadshows, investor conferences, and one-on-one meetings, and help craft the narrative for each engagement.
•Build and maintain sell-side and buy-side investor targeting models and use market/analyst feedback to deliver actionable intelligence to senior leadership.
•Develop and maintain annual operating plans and multi-year long-range financial models, including revenue, margins, cash flow, and capital allocation scenarios.
•Prepare Board of Directors and executive communications materials and support SEC disclosure processes (including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K filings and proxy-related financial data).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 118,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•At least two years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, strategic finance, or corporate finance, ideally with public company IR exposure.
•Exceptional financial modeling skills using Excel or Google Sheets, including building models from scratch and pressure-testing assumptions.
•Comfort and expertise with AI tools.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to distill complex financial and business concepts into clear narratives.
