Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide project planning/scheduling support and manage a small team of planners.
  • •Develop, manage, and regularly update project schedules aligned with the work breakdown structure and forecast/control needs.
  • •Produce planning schedules across pre-design, design, tender/award, procurement, construction, and completion; include resource histograms and updated status reports.
  • •Coordinate and liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and authorities on planning/programming interfaces, including “what if” scenario simulations.
  • •Review subcontractor schedules and prepare monthly progress monitoring updates; participate in progress/coordination meetings and support HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience with 5 years of relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • •Knowledge of engineering fundamentals and principles of planning, scheduling, research, and data collection.
  • •Familiarity with planning practices and software such as Advance Primavera 6 / Primavera Project Planner.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills; familiarity with local and international construction standards.
