Key Responsibilities

  • •Own technical architecture and provide technical guidance to clients and project teams to ensure architectural design and governance best practices.
  • •Ensure delivered solutions are robust, scalable, and easy to maintain.
  • •Validate solution designs and implementation plans, aligning technical architecture with the solution blueprint across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure components, and integrations.
  • •Gather technical requirements early in opportunities, define integration scope, and support presales solution demos and evaluations.
  • •Coach and mentor junior colleagues within the Belgian Business Applications team, contributing to local and global communities.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) Technical Architect (or equivalent).
  • •Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) configuration, customization, security, performance, and deployment.
  • •Strong knowledge of data modeling, data migration, and data integration techniques.
  • •Experience with systems integration, integration patterns, and best practices.
  • •Fluency in English and (Dutch or French).
