Paint Technician Supervisor- 2nd Shift

Oversee daily operations of the paint department on the 2nd shift while staying hands-on with paint preparation and application. Coordinate workflow to meet production schedules, ensure PPE and respirator safety requirements are followed, and train/coach team members on paint processes, equipment use, and quality standards. Operate and maintain spray systems, inspect finished products, manage paint inventory, document production activity, and support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.
