Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor Sales Support Representatives and assist in training new hires.
  • •Document and review complex lease/loan structures, including municipal transactions and transactions over $500,000.
  • •Manage end-to-end transaction documentation and the closing process for lease/loan transactions, including work queues and closing calendar priorities.
  • •Coordinate with clients and internal teams to address due diligence items (e.g., KYC/CDD/BO/OFAC, UCC searches, proof of insurance, and entity/assignment documents) and obtain clear-to-close decisions.
  • •Confirm payment/wire instructions, manage funding communications for wire/ACH/check disbursements, and resolve or escalate document/process deficiencies while supporting efficiency improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Five or more years of experience with loan documentation, including due diligence and perfection processes.
  • •Knowledge of loan structures and documentation needs, including collateral, lien perfection, and interpreting UCC searches and vehicle titling processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business (Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting) or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • •Strong attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • •Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office, with reading/writing/grammar skills and strong communications and interpersonal relations.
