Job Summary

Define and maintain the firm-wide Enterprise AI Architecture, translating AI strategy into scalable, secure architectural blueprints. Guide in-flight AI initiatives, design target-state AI architecture across cloud apps and data platforms, and establish governance for model risk, explainability, bias monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Lead stakeholder alignment through AI architecture reviews and executive artifacts, while continuously scanning frontier AI capabilities and mentoring architects and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and maintain the firm’s Enterprise AI Architecture, including model infrastructure, data pipelines, orchestration layers, integration patterns, and governance controls.
•Develop reference architectures for agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows, including orchestration standards and model-context protocols (MCP).
•Operationalize AI governance, covering model risk management, explainability, bias monitoring, data lineage, and regulatory compliance; embed AI risk controls with Legal/Compliance/Risk.
•Translate business strategies into AI architecture requirements and roadmaps, guide Architecture Review Board (ARB) evaluations, and produce executive-grade artifacts (e.g., technology radars, ADRs).
•Continuously scan and evaluate frontier AI capabilities, run structured proof-of-concepts, and mentor/coach architects and engineers on responsible AI practices.

Salary: USD 174,000 - 350,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics or related fields, plus 10+ years in technology architecture roles with 3–5 years focused on AI/ML architecture in large enterprise environments.
•Hands-on command of the modern AI stack, including LLM APIs and fine-tuning, vector databases, RAG architectures, embedding pipelines, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, or equivalents).
•Experience designing agentic AI architecture, multi-agent coordination, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar tool-use frameworks.
•Proven experience with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, or comparable) and integrating AI capabilities on top of them.
•Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture on AWS, including AI/ML services such as Bedrock, and the ability to produce architecture artifacts (reference architectures, technology radars, ADRs).
