Assure the quality of bespoke software solutions across process automation and infrastructure monitoring. •Define test strategies and test approaches and investigate opportunities for automated test systems.
•Manage the testing process and escalate issues as appropriate.
•Collaborate with service operations support to pinpoint production problems before developers are involved.
•Support change requests with post-deployment verification and ensure adequate release documentation for handover to support.
