Vendors Performance Manager

Lead and optimize the vendor performance program for Hungerstation, collaborating with local and global product and operations teams to drive vendor operations for restaurants, groceries and other partners. Analyze data to identify trends, develop actionable insights, and scale processes across markets. Build benchmarks, manage stakeholders, and deliver data-driven improvements to vendor reliability, availability, timing, and customer experience.
