Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain organization of physical color and pattern development libraries and keep the sourcing library updated for fabric, trims, and packaging.
  • •Prepare references and take notes for color and development sample review meetings.
  • •Send, track, manage, and receive development and bulk shipping sample packages; maintain the bulk shipping sample archive.
  • •Support bulk shipping sample reviews by pulling and filling back standards, and assist the Ref Deadstock materials sell-off process.
  • •Own data entry across PLM and Google Sheets, manage sourcing appointments and mill holiday calendars, and liaise with Sample Room and PD for yardage requests.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or coursework in fashion, materials science, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
  • •No prior experience required; an internship or prior administrative support in fashion or materials management is a plus.
  • •Strong attention to detail and accuracy with organized, multitasking work habits.
  • •Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite, with generative AI proficiency.
  • •Familiarity with PLM systems is a plus, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
