Key Responsibilities

  • •Process payroll transactions accurately and on time, including starters, leavers, contractual changes, absence, overtime, and other adjustments.
  • •Support payroll processing activities across multiple payrolls by entering and validating data to company procedures and deadlines.
  • •Maintain and update employee payroll records to ensure information is accurate, secure, and compliant.
  • •Assist with payroll checks and reconciliations to help ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.
  • •Respond to payroll queries by telephone, email, and ServiceNow with clarity and professionalism.
