Job Summary

Join the Sales Compensation Insights & Analytics organization as a Senior Analytics Consultant/Senior Business Analyst. Partner with sales compensation, finance, sales operations, and strategy leaders to turn business priorities into analytical frameworks, KPI definitions, and scalable dashboards. You’ll build scenario models and metrics tied to quotas, crediting, and performance outcomes, bridging technical teams and executive stakeholders to guide operational decisions and planning at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with sales compensation, finance, sales operations, and strategy leaders to understand priorities and decision-making needs.
•Frame and break down ambiguous, cross-functional business questions into structured analytical solutions.
•Translate stakeholder requirements into analytical solution designs with scalable, reliable, accurate implementation.
•Develop and maintain KPI frameworks and dashboards for sales performance, plan effectiveness, spend, ROI, and compensation outcomes.
•Bridge business strategy and technical execution by communicating dependencies, supporting analytics transformation, and influencing roadmaps for tools and data quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,050 - 161,800 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years in analytics, business analysis, consulting, or similar roles.
•Strong background in sales compensation, sales operations, revenue analytics, or related business domains.
•Proven track record turning business questions into analytical models, dashboards, or frameworks.
•Strong proficiency with analytical/BI tools including Power BI and SQL (Python or R a plus).
•Experience engaging senior stakeholders and influencing complex decisions with clear recommendations.
