Key Responsibilities

  • •Support existing teams and key initiatives as a project leader, managing significant portions of projects or entire projects.
  • •Lead brand new initiatives including but not limited to sales efforts into new verticals, RFPs and large-scale implementations.
  • •Produce analytics and recommendations that inform executive decisions and help set overall company direction.
  • •Use market research, customer feedback, and company intel to propose, monetize, launch, and scale new initiatives as a strategic and operational leader within Verse.
  • •Influence other departments and leaders (product, ops, legal) to solve problems

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years in a consulting, startup, or otherwise rigorous role, ideally within healthcare and/or technology. Former or future founders are encouraged to apply.
  • •Equal strength in quantitative and interpersonal/communication skills
  • •Ability to “fail fast and learn fast”, iterate strategy based on market signals
  • •Ability to thrive in highly ambiguous environments, handle projects with evolving requirements, and define the path for others
