Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with consumers and business customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess banking needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned to customer goals using a digital-first approach. Deliver an optimal client experience by greeting customers, processing basic transactions, opening accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. Partner with branch teams to support operational excellence and accuracy.
