Job Summary

Serve as a subject matter expert for RTX mission area and program operations, helping elevate contract performance through effective management of government and customer property assets. Review DoD/DCMA and RTX contract/proposal requirements, drive process streamlining and integration, and collaborate daily with programs and business partners. Lead change efforts, communicate proactively with internal/external customers, and deliver awareness topics to educate mission areas and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for RTX mission area and program operations.
•Review DoD, DCMA, and RTX contract/proposal requirements to support consistent government and customer property management approaches.
•Drive process streamlining and integration initiatives to improve efficiency related to customer assets at the front end of contracting.
•Communicate with internal and external customers to build proactive relationships in a dynamic environment.
•Interact with programs and business partners daily to meet organizational goals and deliver awareness topics to educate mission areas and the organization.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
•Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required for eligibility for a security clearance.
•Experience with Government Property, Supply Chain, or Operations.
•Knowledge of cost accounting concepts including Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), disclosure statements, and Sarbanes-Oxley (preferred).
•Working knowledge of SAP (APEX, PRISM), cPDM, and asset tracking systems (preferred).
