Director Nursing Services - Accelerated BSN Program

Lead and manage a hybrid Accelerated BSN (ABSN) learning site, partnering with the university and health care providers to deliver nursing services. Oversee operational strategy and measurement for clinical, lab, proctoring, skills practice, placement, compliance, and simulation. Manage and develop direct reports to ensure ongoing qualifications and annual compliance, secure needed resources, and monitor quality, health and safety, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
