Lead talent partnerships for TTG Commercial by sourcing, casting, negotiating, and booking high-profile and emerging talent for Condé Nast branded content, advertising, white-label campaigns, and UGC programming. Manage talent during production and events while overseeing contractual booking details and talent relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a lead point of contact and liaison between TTG Commercial and Sales/Marketing, Creative, Legal, and Finance teams.
•Source, cast, and book talent for Condé Nast branded content campaigns, advertising programs, white label campaigns, and UGC programming.
•Identify, cast, negotiate, and book high-profile and emerging talent across TV, film, fashion, beauty, food, technology, travel, sports, and other cultural verticals.
•Collaborate with sales and creative teams to pitch talent capabilities to prospective clients and secure new business.
•Manage contractual talent booking in partnership with legal and finance teams, including executing contracts, talent negotiations, model booking, music clearances, content usage, and SAG guidelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in talent partnerships, influencer marketing, creator relations, entertainment partnerships, sponsorships, business development, or related fields.
•Fully versed in contractual talent booking, including executing complex agreements, model booking, music clearances, content usage, and SAG guidelines.
•Extensive experience negotiating and crafting complex agreements for high-level talent, with an established network across major talent and influencer agencies, PR firms, record labels, and management companies.
•Strong understanding of white-label, branded content, and UGC, including experience pricing talent across sponsorships, advertising, and live events.
•Demonstrated success managing large budgets and driving business impact through partnerships, pitching, and measurable performance.
