Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of Fire & Life Safety projects to timely, on-budget completion.
  • •Retain key clients and generate repeat work by positioning AESG as a trusted consultant.
  • •Provide technical leadership across all project phases, including reviews, modelling and simulations, site inspections, audits, and client presentations/sign-off.
  • •Support divisional growth through strategic resourcing and expansion of Fire & Life Safety offerings for targeted clients and sectors.
  • •Assist divisional leadership with QA/QC, procedure development, and training/mentoring of junior and intermediate employees, including recruitment needs and companywide programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant engineering degree, ideally MSc level, with academic or post-academic professional qualifications.
  • •15+ years of professional experience in a similar industry.
  • •8+ years of strong management experience leading a team of subject matter experts.
  • •Chartered Engineer with the Institute Fire Engineers or equivalent (or applying).
  • •Proven track record of delivering projects and supporting organisational growth and success.
