Job Summary

Deliver hands-on training for ArcGIS Enterprise to help customers grow GIS skills and adopt sustainable workflows. Create and facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid programs, identify skill gaps, and provide ongoing user support. Promote ArcGIS adoption, develop narratives and visualizations that communicate the impact of GIS, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions. Support domestic and international customers and provide guidance based on business needs.

•2+ years of classroom facilitation and instructional delivery experience.

•Strong listening skills with the ability to incorporate feedback to improve instruction and course materials.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven collaboration with cross-functional teams.
