Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the business reference for machining, guillochage, and laser activities within Atelier Cadrans under the Chef d’Atelier’s responsibility.
  • •Ensure daily objectives for quality, quantity, deadlines, and efficiency are met.
  • •Run daily operational management of the workshop: scheduling, planning, absence management, and day-to-day team coordination.
  • •Ensure upward/downward communication of information related to team functioning and contribute to the workshop’s operational performance.
  • •Support training and development of direct collaborators and collaborate with transversal teams (Terminaison, Industrialisation, Quality, Assistant d’Atelier, Industrialisation Project Managers).

  • •Technical training and 2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role in an industrial environment.
